Qualified specialist consultants will diagnose and investigate where remedial works may be needed, providing a comprehensive report that details defects and outlines recommendations for remediation.
Remedial or emergency works identified in the survey will then be undertaken to ensure the building is safe, water-tight and compliant.

Offering a total cladding solution
From the initial Type 1 fire risk assessment, advisories, concerns or suspicions will be raised by Cardinus to FR Consultants who will undertake a full intrusive facade report, or type 4 fire risk assessment. From there a sequence of activity will be conducted, which can be seen in more detail here. This includes cost estimates and action plans, meeting with building residents, design, specification and compliance documentation, tendering, Clerks of Works service and more.

Between Cardinus Risk Management and FR Consultants we can provide a full solution for fire safety for residential and commercial property owners.
Together we can support with the generating of funds for the façade remedial works of your building including Warranty Claim and your Claim on £1bn Government Remediation Fund. This can include full legal assistant where necessary.
