Jon has more than 15 years of experience in ergonomics, safety, and occupational health. Over that period, he has worked with a wide variety of organizations in the private and public sectors by providing a full range of risk management solutions including software, e-learning, and consultancy. Jon was instrumental in setting up Cardinus operations in America and Holland and is currently responsible for the global strategy at Cardinus. Jon is passionate about the health and well-being of young people, and he is actively working to protect the workforce of the future. This motivation drove him to set up Healthy Working MOVE in 2013, an award-winning ergonomics program specifically designed for kids.

Kevin Lombardo, President & CEO, DORN Companies

Donna DeFalco, President, Health Enhancement Co

For over 35 years, Donna DeFalco has been an innovator and influencer in the world of corporate wellness. Ms. DeFalco founded The Health Enhancement Company in 1987 and continues to serve as its CEO. Focusing on the myriad health and wellness issues facing corporate America, HEC consults with forward-thinking companies on innovative ways to create a company culture of wellbeing, setting the stage for employers and employees to rethink health as a journey. HEC’s primary focus is to address the crossroads of musculoskeletal health, mental wellbeing , movement and nutritional awareness so individuals feel in control to make positive changes that can manage stress and distress in the body. Additionally, Donna is a Certified Ergonomic Specialist and received her training and certification in ergonomics from Occupational & Industrial Orthopedic Center (OIOC) Program in Ergonomics and Biomechanics, New York University Oxford Research Institute. Her unique approach to ergonomic education has been offered since 1992 in both the United States and Europe. Most recently, Donna’s passion for all aspects of wellbeing led her to explore the natural world for wellness alternatives as a forager, beekeeper, master food canner. She is currently a member of the Italian Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey. Donna has kept bees with her husband for 14 years and works with other experts in the field of Apitherapy to understand the effects of the healing properties of honey and other bee by-products on the human body with a special focus on joint health and immunotherapy. Thus, in this latest incarnation, her wellbeing journey continues.
