Our property and insurance division has further enhanced its professional credentials after registering for regulation with the UK’s most prestigious property institution. Since 1st January 2017, we hold Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS status. It’s a well-known symbol of “excellence and integrity” in the property industry.
With nationwide coverage and our ability to undertake multiple types of property surveys in a single visit an increasing number of insurers and property managers are looking to us to meet their surveying needs. In 2017 we will carry out over 2000 ‘regulated by RICS‘ property reinstatement cost assessments (RCAs), alongside a further 6000 fire risk assessments, health and safety audits and insurance risk surveys.
We are now authorised to use the RICS logo in our dealings with clients adding to our extensive suite of certifications including: ISO 27001, 18001, 9001, 14001, Cyber Essentials and the BAFE Gold standard for life safety fire risk assessments.
Managing Director of Cardinus Property and Insurance, Jamie Truscott said, “We are pleased to have achieved this accreditation from RICS and feel that it is another important step forward in our position as an established and trusted supplier of insurance valuations and property surveyors.
This accreditation means that our rebuild cost assessment surveys and reports follow RICS to a consistent, recognised standard of excellence. “
