Cardinus shortlisted as a finalist in the Provider of the Year category for the 2017 ARMA Awards
The Awards celebrate excellence and exceptional achievement by leading residential managing agents and their suppliers in improving the lives of leaseholders in the UK.
As a leading provider of survey, audit and assessment services to property managers and owners it is our pleasure to announce that we have been shortlisted in the Provider of the Year category at the ARMA ACE Awards following a rigorous judging process by a panel of independent judges. The winners will be revealed at an Awards Dinner and Ceremony on Friday 7th July in the stunning surroundings of Tobacco Dock, London E1. The event will provide a fun-packed evening of live music, fine dining and exciting entertainment.
Dr Nigel Glen, ARMA CEO, said: “The quality of entries has been outstanding, setting the standard for companies that wish to be recognised for achieving excellence, best practice in their field, and ultimately leading to the improvement in the lives of leaseholders.”
We help hundreds of clients keep tens of thousands of residents and building occupants safe from harm. We currently look after over 15000 developments for around 600 managing agents across the UK. As well as reducing harm, our insurance valuations removed approximately £800m of underinsurance from one client’s portfolio.
Supporting our on-site capability is INDIGO, a software solution for the instruction and tracking of property risk management and valuations surveys. INDIGO helps clients prioritise and carry out tasks to ensure their buildings meet legislative requirements and are safe for occupants. It is the quality of these services, coupled with a close relationship with customers that has ensured this shortlisting.
Jamie Truscott, Chairman of Cardinus Risk Management says of being shortlisted: “We are delighted at being shortlisted for this award and it just shows the hard work we’ve put in over the last 10 years to become the leading provider of property surveys, audits and assessments. An important part of this is our close relationship with customers, which has been the cornerstone of our growth in this area.
Furthermore, our innovative technological solution is bringing simplicity and ease to the management and scheduling of surveys, transforming the way our customers do business. This investment in customers ensures we stay at the forefront of this industry.”
